Upon joining Vromo, Rashmita established a finance team, implemented structured month-end reporting processes, and developed a comprehensive long-term financial plan. These foundational efforts were instrumental in Vromo’s successful £5 million Series A fundraising.
Rashmita was brought in to establish a finance function and support Kleene following its Series A fundraise. She developed a financial plan and cash flow forecast to manage the company’s monthly cash burn effectively. Additionally, she negotiated several key contracts, directly improving cash flow. A vital aspect of her role involved collaborating with leadership to define key KPIs and implement data-driven reporting to track progress on a weekly basis. Her strengths lie in building finance teams and automating processes while mentoring and developing her team.
Rashmita is one of the most motivating and supportive managers I have had the privilege of working with.
